Rush Clashes With Soviets At Geneva

Geneva AP The Geneva talks opened with a clash between US Secretary of State Dean Rusk and Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko as both sides laid out sweeping disarmament plans. Rusk urged a 30 percent cut in nuclear arsenals and a 33-ton transfer of weapons-grade uranium to peaceful uses, while Gromyko demanded total disarmament within four years and proposed a 27-page treaty with gradual international inspections.

Peru avalanche kills 33 at workers camp

CMH To Receive First Check For New Aged Care
