McKean County Receives 137 879 Fire Insurance Settlement
After days of conference McKean County officials reached a settlement over the February 12 fire at the courthouse. The county will receive 137 879 46 from the Bowells and Crossmire Agency and representatives of the Fire Insurance Adjustment Bureau. The American Appraisal company valued the loss around 140 000. Proof of loss is expected soon and payment should follow.
