Girl Scouts Present Program At Conelway PTA
During National Girl Scout Week March 10 to 16 Conelway School PTA heard Conelway Girl Scout Troop 156 present a program led by Miss Jean Atkin and Mrs. Sally Shreffler. The girls gave flag salutes and shared what they like about scouting, followed by an Irish skit and a bus safety talk by Trooper And Palezer with a film and Q&A.

Ladies Auxiliary Plans Projects at Stanford Hose Co Meeting
Fifteen members of the Stanford Hose Company Ladies Auxiliary met at Fire Station No. 1 with President Mrs. James Maloney to discuss a bake sale set for April 5. Chairmen are Mrs. Clark McCray and Mrs. Michael Piccirillo. They plan a garage sale and bake sale on June 8 with proceeds and thrift items.
