Girl Scout Week Party Brings Brownie Troops Together
In observance of National Girl Scout Week and the 58th birthday of Girl Scouting, Brownie Troop 504 of Columbus entertained Troop 494 of Concord School at Columbus Elementary School. Mary Amoroso of the Concord Brownies won the special prize.

Davis couple celebrate 47th wedding anniversary
Mr. and Mrs. G. Glenn Davis of R.D. 3 share a double celebration with Mr. Davis also marking his birthday. Married in Clymer on March 14, 1923, they have two sons Elwood and Gail and six grandchildren. Mr. Davis is recuperating from a recent heart attack and pneumonia.
