Lundy Charged With Murder Of Daughter In Law
Lita Vahey reports William Lundy aged seventy was arraigned before Justice Chaos A. Rooley in the Supreme Court on a murder in the second degree charge for killing his daughter in law Mrs. Thomas Lundy in Olean on February 21 last. Lundy pleaded not guilty on the insanity defense and the case was sent to the County Court for trial. Bail was set at 10000. The trial before Judge Thomas Dowd in the Counts Court opens the second Monday in April.
