Franklin man arraigned in horse shooting case
William E. McAlevy, 38, of Franklin, was charged after a three month probe by State Police and the Game Commission with shooting and killing a horse owned by Floyd E. Dunlap of Franklin on December 15. He was arraigned before District Magistrate Robert Billingsley and released on a 500 bond pending court action.
