Auto crash suit filed in Erie County court
H D Hoig of McKean filed a $0 500 damage suit in Erie County Court Friday against Russell Becker of Erie for injuries from a January 9 auto crash on Grubb Road four miles south of Route 2 Wallpaper store half price sale noted at D and S Wallpaper Store 17 First Avenue. Franklin county firemen were summoned to save 75-year-old Harry Melat who became helplessly wedged in a ladder fifteen feet above ground while repairing a porch roof.
