Harrisburg reports that a new law allows immediate use of temporary cardboard tags for first time auto buyers. The Pennsylvania Automotive Association notes the tags, bearing number, state, issue and expiration dates, make, and VIN, will substitute until permanent plates arrive or 20 days pass.

Dunkirk Strike Settled After Wage Agreement Reached
