The will of Grace E. Emery, longtime Bradford resident, directs cash bequests totaling over 350000. The Bradford Hospital receives 60000 to endow a trust for needy patients and fund X ray, with other beneficiaries from Pittsburgh and Bradford receiving 10000 to 20000 each. Executor Gerald M. Slone gets 15000 plus 2.5 percent of estate gross. Elizabeth Emery Fesen twyer of Bradford inherits remaining estate. Value estimated at filing for probate in Smethport, Pa.
The death of Mrs. Edward C. Petrie of Solebury Pennsylvania was ruled a suicide by coroner H. Clayton Moyer. She was found with her throat slashed near her home after a day of wandering. Mrs John Croker escaped serious burns after a gas stove explosion at noon yesterday. she sustained a slight head burn as curtains caught fire but flames were put out quickly.

Greece vows to resist any invasion while Nazi offers to Turkey include economic rewards and shields against Britain. Yugoslavia's stance remains undecided as German influence grows in the Balkans.
State motor police arrested four motorists for different violations this morning. One involved operating without a current strike, another for use of illegal license plates, and another for an overloaded truck. They will have hearings before a local alderman at a later date. Three defendants resided outside Corry. Small fire yesterday afternoon at the tendering plant operated by J. Mr Alford on East Columbus Avenue caused minor damage.
