Washington March 8 The Har ry P Sinclair donation of 100000 dollars to the Republican National Committee does not appear in official books, Wm W Hodges treasurer testified before the Senate Teapot Dome committee. Only a 2000 dollar Sinclair entry in 1919 and 1000 dollars in 1920 are shown. Patten testified Upham then treasurer urged him to take 25000 Sinclair bonds and pay cash to the committee. The cash contribution from Patten was recorded, but Upham’s records omit a 50000 entry linked to Pratt. In Philadelphia a young woman about 20, wandering Broad Street station, was taken by detectives to Hahnemann Hospital with unclear condition and no name provided.
