District Attorney Gordon Steele said trial of Frank Winchester a 20 year old Buffalo youth accused of kidnapping three Pennsylvania teenagers may be held next month. He is jailed in Erie County on two counts after February indictment for kidnaping and illegal possession of a loaded automatic pistol. Winchester was arrested January 15 in Springville after the teens reported he threatened them with the gun and ordered them to take him to New York City. Richard D Nu hfer 16 Venus Pa said he picked up Winchester as a hitchhiker near Oil City Pa and drove him here with two other riders. Patty Jane Brockway 17 and Shirley Strick bury 16 both of Oil City were the two girls.
