Keystone Construction Company of Mendville won the contract to repave West Washington Street between Center Street and First Avenue. Their bid was 5 090.80, the lowest among four bids from Meadville Charles Ward Titusville and M Low & Son. Material bids came from Corry Brick and Tile Company and the Texas Company of New Works.
