Three Bradford Men Held For Rape Of Coed
Bradford police arrested James Hallock 19 Charles Miller 18 and William Reid 19 on rape charges from an incident involving a 19 year old University of Pittsburgh Bradford Campus coed and her date. They were held in McKean County Jail with bail set at 2500 each after arraignment and identification by the couple.

Police search for Millcreek youths Thomas Beers and Fuller Fuller missing from home since Friday night and Saturday afternoon. Beers, 15, blond with blue eyes, 5'10", 125 pounds, last seen in a black hooded jacket, black pants, shoes. Fuller, 100 pounds, 5'2", long dark hair, wearing cowboy boots and hat, jacket, dark pants, shirt. They were seen walking together away from Beers residence about 5 p.m. Saturday destined possibly for Grove City to visit Fuller’s older brother.

Philadelphia youth molester nabbed again in court
Philadelphia AP reports Howard Vivian Jr 23 who was jailed last week for mistreating children in Philadelphia is held on similar charges in Bensalem. He received a three story prison sentence last week and was ordered held on bail for additional charges including assault and battery.

Warren Boys Wreck Stolen Car In South Warren
Two Warren boys, aged two years, were held by authorities in Virginia after a stolen 1905 auto owned by John F. Noten of Warren was wrecked in a hospital area Sunday. The boys, missing since 1:30 p.m., sustained minor injuries, were treated and released, with prosecutors to determine next steps. Police said the theft occurred between 4 and 5 p.m., with the car valued at $2,200 and keys on the sun visor.

Sinclair seeks dismissal of murder charge in Jamesown case
Clayton A Sinclair of Newark Ohio appeared in Chautauqua County court for arraignment on the November 21 shooting of Stanley Gregory owner of the Buccaneer Lounge during an attempted hold up. His attorney moved to inspect grand jury minutes and push for a dismissal of the felony murder indictment with a plan for a second count of common law murder. Judge O Connor ordered the motion in writing and set March 14 for argument. Sinclair has not entered a plea. In separate action Daniel Ross and Theodore Lord both of Jamestown received suspended one year terms after being charged.
