WOUNTEVILLE Ali The 10 man court martial of Col Nickerson began deliberations after Govt rested with Maj Gen Medaris to testify. Nickerson, 41, pleaded guilty to 18 counts of laxity in handling secret defense data and faced possible dismissal and up to 30 years.
