Free medical care for the British outlined in reforms

A proposed system would provide free hospital and medical care for Britons starting Monday July 5 after negotiations between the government and the British Medical Association. The plan allows full-time participants to earn 1200 dollars yearly plus per capita fees on panels, with citizens free to choose doctors or private practice. Funding would come from higher social security taxes, local taxes, and Treasury support, though still not entirely free for all as patients pay for some services.
