Erie Newspaper Winner in Suit
A Pennsylvania court denies David R. Hertz the right to inspect Erie county company financial records. The Erie Dispatch owner Hertz sought access to records after buying 150 shares, arguing ownership and motive against a conspiratorial plan with Samuel Horvitz. The ruling stems from a jury verdict in the case.
