Alleged Slayer Held for Court in Jamestown
Jamestown June 27 an unnamed 28 year old man pleaded not guilty to second degree murder in city court yesterday. The defendant, carried by officers, was represented by attorney Boyd and advised by Assistant District Attorney John Leonard. Judge Bargar ordered custody for Mayville jail pending further hearings.
