Local notices and community events mix with family updates
Friends of Linda Clark learn she plans to relocate with her husband James Ricker in training at Fort Jackson for an overseas posting. The couple wed August 19 1969 at Houghton College and plan furloughs through July with 20 days in the Niagara Falls and Houghton areas before Linda potentially travels to Europe. The column lists recent visits, hospital recoveries, club meetings, a Kiwi exchange student event, youth fellowship activities, Moose installation plans, and Columbus Community Fair queen candidates with the parade set for tomorrow.
