Judge Bans Picketing At Rouse Home
Judge Alexander C. Flick Jr. extends a permanent injunction against Labor Local 174 of the Brotherhood of Electrical Workers at the Rouse Home in Youngsville. The ruling follows weeks of study after picket lines formed in March over wage disputes, noting a misapplied wage scale in Goss Co. bids. The decision lets construction proceed on the $1 million project despite the union’s stance.
