Clymer Pair Held For Theft Of Auto Parts
Henry Jaggs twenty three and Harold Warnshouse twenty one pleaded guilty to larceny of tires rims and other equipment from a second hand auto at a Pennsial filling station on West Smith Street. They were jailed for the next term after defaulting on a $500 bond. Police traced them from New York to Pennsylvania with help from Constable Lionel Ruppersberger and Chief John J Planigun.

Fatal Crash On Kearsarge Road Claims One and Injures Another
One man, Eligene Weed 18, Erie WPA worker, died later in hospital after a rollover on Route 19 near Kearsarge Road. Mabel Lopez 23, Erie, rear-seat passenger, is in St. Vincent's Hospital with a shattered left leg and possible internal injuries. Both victims lived at 506 West Eleventh Street, Erie.
