Spring Creek Man Owen S. Taylor Killed in Fall
Owen S. Taylor aged 56 of Spring Creek died after falling from a trailer carrying guard rail posts along Spring Creek road three miles east of Corry. He was unconscious on arrival at Corry Hospital and died Sunday morning. he left a widow and many children. The trailer was driven by Frank Crosby with Thomas Sullivan aboard. posts were slick from shellac and one likely caused the loss of balance. Coroner Ha Lowrey and highway officials were notified. no inquest planned. Funeral services set for Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in Spring Creek.
