Wilkes-Barre Pa June 2 The United Mine Workers strict policy committee ordered all mines in the anthracite region to resume work immediately under threat of action. Mines in the region failed to reopen today with miners signaling adherence to the injunction. Production is expected to resume tomorrow under the new instructions.
