Case Delayed in Warden Dismissal Suit in Cambria County
In Cambria County Pennsylvania Judge Jesse C. Long heard the suit by former prison warden Vincent F. Bunch against the Cambria county prison board. He contends his dismissal last April was unlawful and a decision is not expected for at least a month. The court was ineligible to hear the case since all members sit on the prison board.
