Legal suit links cousins estate to guardianship case
In Erie, a lawsuit by Albert G. Kuhns, 13, and his father, Francis M. Kuhns of Fairview Township, seeks to join the estate of the late W. Meanwhile, a three car crash near Fremont, Ohio injured Howard Cantor of Erie and killed his fiancée Sally Butterworth of Shaker Heights, with Cantor hospitalized and Butterworth pronounced dead.
