96th Corry Alumni Dinner and Dance Highlights
Miss Clara Hill reports the 96th Annual Corry Area High School Alumni dinner and dance featured invocation by Rev Cecil Akam, group singing led by Howard Sheen, and greetings from alumni president Richard Ohrn. Honors went to the Grice and Mountain families, with recognitions for distant attendees from California and others. The A D Colegrove Cup and Class cups were awarded, new Mel Bud Scholarship funded, and Daniel Drayer received the Curtis Award. Nixon named Churchman of the Year by HUD Secretary Romney in ceremony at the White House.

The Paulson home on West Pleasant street hosts extended family visiting from Boulder Colorado Albion and Washington D C for a three week stay. Other relatives from New Port Richey Florida Lock Haven Bradford Buffalo and San Francisco join in. U N Charter Returns to San Francisco for 25th Birthday
The United Nations charter returns to its birthplace at the War Memorial Veterans Building for a week long display. Flown from New York, the charter was received by San Francisco dignitaries and Citizens of Seeones ck representatives. Fifty nations signed the charter on June 26, 1945, forming the international body.
