N. Y. Dodd chairman of Waren County Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Committee announced that Conservation Reserve contracts expiring in 1960 or later are no longer eligible for extension. Previously five year or less contracts could be extended up to ten years but the ruling stops extensions to avoid new contracts Ireland the extra funds.
