Titusville Firm Wins Board Ruling on U S Contract Payment
Senator Hugh Scott disclosed Struthers Wells Corp won a favorable Board of Contract Appeals ruling over a 4.1 million dollar claim from the federal government for cryogenic and high pressure vessel work on 1960 61 ICBM missile sites at Lowry Air Force Base near Denver and Schilling AFB near Chapman Kansas. Negotiations with the Army Corps of Engineers will determine the payout.
