Enrollment at Senior High Up Forty in Full Enrollments
Corry Public Schools expect a notable shift next year with Senior High enrollment rising by about forty students while Junior High will gain roughly 116 entrants from the sub-high. Superintendent Ralph S. Dewey informed the Board of Education Monday evening, noting high return rates from the previous year and a strong health record with only eight contagious disease cases. He also outlined legislative changes including the 47 year compulsory age retention, a revised teacher tenure act with a two year probationary period, and retirement plan updates, with full details to follow after the acts become definite.
