Ferry collision near Battery injures few in crowded trip

By United Prov New York June 18 a ferry bound for the Battery collided with another vessel crowded with travelers including Julius Walker and the Bronx passengers. Damage was slight and no one panicked though the fright was evident as passengers steadied themselves and witnessed the near miss.

Bullet Glances Strike Eye During Practice Near City

William Chimp aged 18 suffered eye injuries when a .22 revolver discharged while he practiced near his home west of the city.
