Clay appeal on way to top court
Cassius Clay seeks U S Supreme Court review after the Ninth or circuit court rejected a rehearing of his five year prison sentence and $10,000 fine for refusing induction into the armed forces. His lawyers plan to appeal within 30 days as the case moves toward final decision in the fall.
