June 10 report from Philip Ferut of 724 West Eighteenth Street says his trousers were stolen during the night from a chair near an open window. The pocket held about 90 dollars. Chief Dotzel and officers are investigating and searching for the thief.

Westfield June 10 Early this morning a large barn on Academy Street owned by Frank Leone was destroyed. Leone went out to feed his horses with a lantern and fell through a trap door that was left open by children. The blaze quickly spread, burning the barn except for the frame, roof of the dwelling caught and firemen arrived in time to save parts of the structure. Loss is about 1600 with 600 insurance.
