The Women of the Moose Corry Chapter 717 met at the Lodge with senior regent Philena Follett presiding. Enrollment was held and plans announced for the 1973 74 officer installation on June 21. Peggy Waltier spoke on three years of nursing school, and her mother Mrs. Waltier shared on a mother's role. Several members and guests attended, awards were given, illnesses noted, and officers for the coming year were installed by Mrs. Unterreiner. The next meeting is June 21 at 7 30 p m with a lunch exchange planned.

The Lydia Circle of the First United Methodist Church met Wednesday at 53 Oakley Avenue with eight members. Chairman Mrs. McCloskey led a reading In Search of God and devotions by Mrs. Amy. No meetings are scheduled for July and August. Dessert was provided by the hostess with help from her daughter. Phyllis Corbitt Circle met at Mrs James Scully’s Columbus home for a recent gathering with devotions on Jesus is Coming led by Mrs Webb McCray and chairman Mrs Henry Rockman.
