Gasoline Shortage Mixed Signals From Local Dealers
Local gas dealers in Corry report varied impact from a shortage. Henry Pondel of Pondel's Sunoco reports a 10 percent cut in supply versus last year but enough stock and continued stamps and slightly reduced hours to last through summer. Floyd Hockenberry of Corry Car Wash says no supply limits from his major supplier and no widespread cuts among independents. The mixed outlook suggests shortages depend on supplier and outlet.
