Fire damages home of Waterford resident. man burned in gas blast
Waterford and Kearsarge fire departments were credited with saving the home of Mrs. James H. Stull on the Waterford Erie road. An overheated furnace ignited the two story frame dwelling last night about 11 80 o'clock, limiting damage to the floor with a loss put at 300. A 54 year old Erle man, David Terry, suffered serious burns in a gas explosion in his room and was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital in Erie in poor condition.

Inquest Planned After Fatal Franklin Road Crash
Venango County Coroner Dr. Frederick Wilson said an inquest will be held into a head on crash near Franklin that killed two teenage girls and a 20 year old Ol City Boy. Gunmen in Hospital Suffering After Crash
Two gunmen named Carl Bistrom and Allen Hartman were seriously injured yesterday when their car crashed into a creek bank near Washington Kas. They were wanted for murder and kidnapping and had eluded officers in five states for 72 hours before the accident. Both men are from Si. Foul Minn.
