Police called for noise at new West Fred street site
Police checked a new house foundation on West Fred street after a resident reported noise but found no one at the site. A 34 year old Union City man Nolan Seltzer was arrested for assault and battery in Corry and released on bond for a Tuesday hearing. Police also reported a crash near Route 8 with $500 damage and no injuries. An older man Benjamin Wise died after a short illness at Union City Memorial Hospital. Attorney G F Finerty, known for Rosenberg Sacco and Vanzetti cases, died after a long illness.
