Break In Artist Run Out Of Town In Titusville
A 90-pound doe deer smashed through glass doors at Serrins Auto Parts in Titusville around 8:30 p.m. Police, aided by citizens and deputy game protector Blaine Frost, cornered the animal in the rear warehouse and drove it from the building.

Fights at Wilson Junior High Lead to Injuries and Suspensions
Two Wilson Junior High School students were treated for facial cuts and a eye wound after separate fights. Principal Richard Hilinski said the incidents sparked about 10 suspensions this week and moves to station police at the eastside school for the rest of the year. He warned offenders would be sent home and cited adherence to state school code.

F Eugene Donelaon officiating. Burial was in Sanford Cemetery Sanford Pa. Bearers were George Perkins Paul Perkins Earl Ward and Wayne VanGuilder. Out-of-town attendees included Mrs Arnie DeVore Mrs Reed Gage Cambridge Springs Mr and Mrs George Perkins Bradford Mr and Mrs Ward VanGuider Mr and Mrs Paul Perkins and Tom Perkins Grand Valley.

Los Angeles area transit workers saw 1,636 robberies from 1961 to 1969 amid one murder and multiple assaults. In 1970 the incidents ceased after a policy requiring exact fares dropped into locked boxes. The system serves Los Angeles and adjacent Orange Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
