Construction at the Pennsylvania Fish Commission Corry Hatchery centralizes water systems and modernizes rearing facilities at the century-old station. Cars and Truck Collide at West Smith Mead Intersection
Two cars and a truck collided at the West Smith street Mead avenue intersection yesterday afternoon causing total damage estimated at 1525 dollars. No injuries were reported. Leonard J Johnsonon 30 of 27 Prospect street Union City drove the westbound truck while Lucy Marty 86 of Corry drove a Mead avenue car that failed to see the truck and struck it. The truck then hit the car on the opposite curb driven by James C Bailey 47 of Las Vegas Nevada. Ledger shows 1000 to the Johnson truck 500 to the Marty car and 25 to the Bailey car. The incident remained under police investigation with continued details on back.
