In Spencer Hospital Kaylleen Ayers six year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. P. Ayers received emergency treatment for a lacerated finger after it was caught in an folding chair and was discharged.

A 38 year old former senior college employee at Fredonia State Teachers College was awarded 120720 dollars by the State Court of Claims in Albany for permanent injuries from a college picnic accident on October 2 19a. A state owned flag pole toppled and caused the injuries leaving Ardith T Gath of North Tonawanda paralyzed. The judgment names the state of New York as defendant.
