Wallace E. Ernst, 67, of RD 3 Meadville, is jailed on charges of pointing a deadly weapon at two state police troopers. Police say they were called to his home on a shooting report and he painted a gun at a trooper. Ernst is in Crawford County Jail on $5,000 bond.
