McNary, ranking member of the Senate Agriculture Committee, has been studying wheat action for weeks.

Philadelphia July Thomas Raeburn White a Philadelphia attorney was named receiver for the R L Dollings Co of Pennsylvania by Judge Dickinson. The decision followed creditors requests amid tangled finances as White agreed to take on the responsibility. bond set at 100,000.
