Progressive Flinch party and drowning near Perry Barn farm
The Boyt of Woodcraft held a successful progressive Flinch party at their ball in the Traction building with about twenty saplings participating. A girl staying at a Perry Barn farm cottage nearly drowned. Harry Weinhammer and Jack Goldman rescued her from the lake. Mervin Caldwell, 3, died after wiring a fishing pole to a live feed and receiving a fatal shock.
