Paragrat and Father Seek Reorientation of Youths
A paragrat and his son fled city officers to re orient his son and a second youth. They were found in possession of items from Western Auto. Police disclosed the youths had taken jack knives bicycle tools and three boxes of 12 gauge bullets. The youths facing a hearing with police today. Richard Chase claimed a bicycle left at West Washington Street. Charles Porter aged 19 was found dead in Rhode Island and ruled a self inflicted death. Burial arrangements were set in Warren.
