Frank Lynch, alias Charles Holdren, claimed to be a Maple Leaf veteran and lost both legs in a St Paul rail accident. He traveled from Kane to Pittsburgh, was found at the station, given a Buffalo ticket by Red Cross staff, and arrested as an imposter awaiting trial.
