Registrations Rejected in Two to Nothing Erie Vote
County Registration Board votes two to zero to set aside individual registrations taken by Democratic Commissioner Thom a Flatley. An appeal will be filed to the county court by attorney Gerald Weber for those denied. The issue hinges on designated registration sites and authority of the individual commissioner. A separate note reports Betty Woodside, 26, of Louisville, injured with a broken back in a high wire accident during Eddy's Exhibition Show in Bruin, now in Butler Memorial Hospital, serious condition.
