Boy in Glass Door Accident at Weldart Bottle Works
Fifteen year old Salvator Vella, playing in the Alley behind Weldart Bottle Works on Hickory Street, was injured at 1 30 PM while chasing another boy. He forced a glass door, smashed the pane, and cut his right eye area with a five inch long gash. The wound was stitched by Dr. W J Pierce. The boy was taken home to the West End.
