A six year old boy from Worth Street narrowly escaped serious injuries after darting into a car on West Smith Street driven by Hamilton J. Houghton of Bronx New York. He suffered bruises and minor cuts and was treated at a local doctor's office. A 12 year old boy from West Washington Street fractured his right elbow when he fell from a hitching post on Belwars Street. the fracture was reduced and the boy is recovering.
