Titusville Bypass Plan Reduced to Two Lanes
In Titusville a proposed Route 27 bypass will be a two-lane road with paved shoulders instead of the four-lane corridor officials hoped for. The Pennsylvania State Highway Department narrowed the right of way, eliminating the central business district four-lane section. Erde man Anthony and Associates, Inc. has been chosen to provide planning and design services, with SHD and firm representatives present at the council chamber meeting.
