Junior high court battle over river flood project debate

A fragmentary report notes a dispute involving Darion Valley boards, a new junior near Foxbusy, and three Veniui entities contesting plans for a flood control project by a jointly owned property. Names such as P, Kins avis, Grahan, Chester Sehem appear, with references to Jenton School equity, a courthouse jointure, and the French derive flood control context. Continuous references to Creek, Muddy, and Ulta endwaters and river systems indicate a regional flood mitigation effort tied to a long-standing county or city project.
