Wires Short Circuited During Storm Outside Kibler Home

Last evening during the storm wires in front of Dr. C. H. Kibler's North Center residence short circuited. Sparks flew through the air startling Severn residents for a time. The accident occurred about 1 80 oclock and repeated outages followed. Prompt measures by the seating company remedied the trouble.
