Dorothy Lewise Evans a 19 year old from Meteltle age 1 hue was sentenced to six months in Monroe county penitentiary on a morals charge after pleading guilty before Judge Allen E. Bargar in city court. She had been held as a material witness in a separate cutting scrape and was arrested on Lafayette streets. Another defendant McArthy Evans was sentenced to 5 to 10 years in Attica prison for second degree assault.
